hero

Before, a sandwich to me was two slices of bread, some mayo, sriracha, whatever slice of meat i could find, cheese and BA-DAM! Instant meal. No cooking & cutting necessary. No way you can mess that up, right?

Little did i know what was missing in my sad little tummy. Since TN, I've tried different meats, cheeses and veggie delights all wrapped up in yummy bread. However, there is one major thing about a sandwich that i've learned and have truly learned to appreciate.

TN once told me, "it's not the meat, you know that right? it's the sauce!" ::gives me dirty look::

Since then I've noticed... hell yes it's about the sauce!

Ever eaten a certain type of sandwich at a place and it would be better than another even though it'll have the same kind of meat and cheese and probably owned by the same Korean family??

::nods::

Things he may add to the sandwich:
Mayonnaise
Mustard
Sriracha
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Secret Stuff - (he adds them so fast i can't catch up, he'll have to fill you in with this one.)

So people, the next time you want a quick sandwich fix. try experimenting with seasoning your mayo! Or you can use one of TN's recipe if he ever posts it.... cuz i'd sure like to know.

Below are two pics of a pita-sandwich TN has made for me recently. bread=carbs=fattening

What's your favorite type of sandwich/sub and why?
HT: For hot subs, i L O V E steak and cheese. Why? It has 3 of my favorite things combined. STEAK, MUSHROOM, AND CHEESE!! You can't beat that. For a cold sub, Italian cold cut. 3-5 different meats?! Enough said.

What about you guys??
