Rock the fish

I know it's a bad picture but people were waiting to eat it!!
Under all the onions, cilantro, peanuts and other is a beautiful
perfectly cooked rockfish. We rolled it spring roll style and dipped
it with mam nem sauce. Mam nem is fish sauce x 10 with the stinkiness.
