Beef Salad


Hey guys, if you go to the beginning of the life of this blog (3 years
ago), you can see that we kinda started this to document "healthy
food" however the diet that TN was on was a ridiculous absolutely no
carbs/sugar diet. This seriously meant that TN ate MEAT and that
was pretty much it. The diet works, he dropped pounds like nobody's
business, but as with most crazy diets, it was unrealistic. Well with
our vacation coming up, summer, and weddings TN has decided to lose
weight again, except this time he's doing it a better way. He can eat
almost anything he wants but just has to watch his portion control and
cut out bad sugars such as soda, donuts, etc. I am also eating this
way because let's face it, nothing is worse than drinking a glass full
of water while your sig other is chugging on soda. MmM soda.. Anyway
eating healthy like this is not bad at all AND we both have lost
weight. Win-win!
